What states do you serve?
We currently serve patients in 49 states. At this time, we are unable to provide services in Mississippi.
Which pharmacy do you use?
We partner with Rush Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy that prepares and dispenses medications according to applicable regulations and quality standards.
Who provides medical care?
Our provider network is LocumTele, a team of licensed healthcare professionals who review patient information, conduct consultations when appropriate, and determine treatment eligibility.
How does the consultation process work?
Complete a short online health assessment and medical history. A licensed provider will review your information and determine whether treatment is appropriate. If approved, your prescription is sent to our pharmacy for fulfillment.
How long does shipping take?
Once your prescription is approved and processed, most orders are shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and pharmacy processing.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Because medications are prescription products, orders that have already been processed or shipped generally cannot be returned or refunded. If you have questions about your order or experience an issue, our support team is available to help.
Do I receive ongoing support?
Yes. Throughout your treatment, you’ll have access to our care team for questions, dosage guidance, and ongoing support to help you stay on track with your health goals.
